CK-Line Service – EHT Maintenance Feature
Description
The hardware and software package is used to build local EHT automation systems for smart heating control of various facilities:
• process pipelines
• tanks
• impulse lines
• instrument and control cabinets
• outdoor pump station flooring
The CK-LINE EHT control system is built using a KSE Platfoгm that comprises a SCADA system, an industrial Historian, a corporate web portal and B1 solutions.
Higher Level
Data collection server, operator workstation (separate or server-based):

output of alarms and events;

generation of multivariable summary plots and trends;

report generation;

Displaying mimic graphics and heating flow diagrams;

equipment diagnostics, failures, module communications;
-
data communication to supervisory systems.
Medium Level
Local data acquisition controllers, remote transmission units, power metering instruments, communications equipment and data acquisition and control PLC as part of EHT control cabinets.
Lower Level
Heating cables, measuring and controlling devices, i.e. status indicators, temperature sensors, load current sensors, communications equipment, and control devices in power control boards. All higher/medium level hardware and software elements, and the majority of lower level actuators and mounting devices are produced in-house.
