EPC stands for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, that is to say, meaning an end-to-end contract, or a turnkey contract, where the contractor is responsible for engineering, delivery, construction, commissioning and putting a facility on-stream, and for the performance of all subcontractors involved.

An EPC contract is the most convenient and reliable solution for the Customer, as it means running a single contract. An EPC contract is a means to shorten delivery schedules, since

 the contractor, as the only responsible party, may develop and issue project documentation and detailed engineering package while procuring materials and equipment and performing construction and installation activities.

The Customer is assured of the following major benefits resulting from an EPC contract with KRUS-Zapad Company:

• Fixed budget, i.e. the value is pinpointed in the contract, for the Customer to be sure the performance budget does not go above the agreed amount;

• Delivery schedules are stipulated in the contract – no need to track the performance;
